  I have bought 2 laptops and 2 PCs from Answers over the past 10 years, as well as virus removal services and a crash recovery. All experiences were excellent, fast and reasonable. I think some relative of "Luke" wrote the bad review below. This place is the best !!!

  ANSWERS is not the answer! I have been doing business with this murchant for over 10 years. Believing his "lines", and taking his "Fixes". His standard solution to many problems is reformatting the system, with all your data being placed in a desktop Icon, and you having to reload all of your programs. Recently had a problem sith a 1 1/2 year old all in one desktop which crashed after I cleaned out a virus. He told me the system's "motherboard" was shot, and that would be an expensive fix (over $500,00), HE sold me a used DELL, and downloaded my saved data from old computer. I had to ask him for old computer back, as he asumed I was going to leave it as Junk! (a $1600.00 computer) It took over 3 days to get it back since he had to "put it together", and charged me total $150.00 (pluc 350.00 for the used computer). I looked up online about Motherboard problems, and they did not match the problem I had. I took the unit to a technician in North Jersey who specialized in Sony Computers, and his diagnosis was a "fried" hard drive, an $89.00 fix!!! Good as new for a total of $215.00. Over the last 10 years I have believed his lines of BS, Not anymore! Be forewarned. Needless to say.....ANSWERS is NOT the answer!
